Chem-Crete SOFIX CCC100 is a very viscosity liquid that penetrates deeply into a concrete substrate to waterproof and preserve it. No surface film is formed or color change. The Chem-Crete SofiX CCC100 moisture blocking mechanism occurs as a result of a crystallization process that takes place within the concrete capillaries, voids and pores. In the presence of hydrostatic pressure or under wet conditions, the crystals absorb moisture and rapidly swell to block concrete pores, cracks and capillaries, thus preventing moisture penetration.
